The first step in the process involves Core Distinction working hand in hand to develop a check-list of items you feel are necessary for your project. We mingle our experience in the hotel industry with your knowledge of the specific location/project and come up with list of requirements for the potential partners to meet in the new hotel development process.

Step Three - Data Gathering and Review

Once the agreed upon deadline has passed, Core Distinction Group will gather all the RFP submissions, review them for errors, missing information, and miss-matches in need and offerings. We will then submit all the information to you for selection. If you wish for a representative to present the information in-person, it can be arranged.
